# Gasoline earth augers

Gear-driven post hole diggers from 43cc to 63cc for fencing, tree planting, solar mounts and ice fishing, with drill bits from 100 to 300 mm.

The 43cc NTEA430 and 52cc NTEA520 platforms are one-man augers with a centrifugal clutch and reduction gearbox (around 34:1) for high torque at the bit. The 63cc 2200 W model handles 250–300 mm bits in hard ground. Extension rods let you dig deeper holes for poles.

We supply single-blade, double-blade and replaceable-tip bits. Tell us your soil type and hole size and we will pair the right bit with the engine.

### What size earth auger engine do I need?

A 43cc auger handles bits up to about 200 mm in normal soil. For 250 mm bits, clay or stony ground, choose a 52cc or 63cc engine.

### Are the drill bits interchangeable?

Yes. Bits of different diameters and extension rods fit the same powerhead within each model family. Tell us the hole diameter and depth you need and we will confirm the matching bit.
